Good Friday Soup Ingredients

2 lbs. mixed fruits: apples, peaches, apricots, pears, etc.

1/2 cup cherry halves

1 pound seedless raisins

1 Tablespoon flour

1/2 cup sugar

1/2 cup milk

1 egg.

How to Make Good Friday Soup Directions

  1. Wash, core, and peel fruits.

  2. Cut into bite-sized pieces.

  3. Cook fruits until tender.

  4. Mix flour and milk together.

  5. Add flour and milk to the fruit while cooking.

  6. Remove from heat.

  7. Mix sugar and egg together, then add to fruit.

  8. Serve warm or hot.
