Banana Nut Muffin Recipe Ingredients
2 cups flour
1/4 cup sugar
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup mashed bananas
1 cup milk
1 egg, beaten
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup chopped walnuts

First, preheat the oven to 400° F.
Then, blend flour, sugar, and baking soda in a medium bowl.
Next, add the remaining ingredients to a second bowl and mix them together.
Pour mixture into the bowl with dry ingredients.

Spoon batter into muffin cups.
Bake muffins for 15 minutes.
