To become a millionaire, you need to save your pennies and your quiet money, too. Once you join the club, you’re in good company. How many millionaires currently exist? According to 2026 estimates, there are over 58 million millionaires worldwide. That’s just 1.5% of the world’s population. Here in the United States, an estimated 24 million people are millionaires. They represent 8.3% of the population.
