About Panic Day

When is Panic Day? This holiday is always celebrated on March 9

OMG! this whole day is turning out to be a disaster. Don’t be alarmed or get all hysterical. But, this is truly a day many of us look upon with fear and trepidation. Stop and take a deep breath. Today is Panic Day, a March 9 holiday. What should you do? Above all, stay calm. Can you handle today? Of course you can. However, we were worried about you for a moment.

Hopefully, everything is going just swell in your life, and you have no need for this day. But, sometimes our best efforts turn a project into a mess, or an issue gets blown up way out of proportion.  If problems and troubles are looming, try to hold off hitting the panic button until this day arrives. Then if you must, let all your problems overwhelm you today.

Don’t worry. Don’t fret. and, above all, don’t panic. However, if ever there was a day to panic, today is that day.

Happily, there is light at the end of this terror-filled tunnel. International Day of Happiness is just a few days away.

How to Celebrate in Panic Day

History and Origin of Panic Day

Our research did not find the creator or the origin of this day. Perhaps they were too rushed and panicked to record their creation.

A few internet sites are now calling this National Panic Day. Our original research in the early 2000s found this day did not have the word “National” in the title.

Also, we found no documentation in congressional records to confirm that this is truly a national day. Nor, did we find a presidential proclamation.
