The Origin of International Yoga Day:
International Yoga day was promoted at the United Nations by India's Prime Minister Narendra Modi. On December 11, 2014, The United Nations declared June 21, to be International Yoga Day. This date was selected, as it is the longest day of the year, and hold special significance in many cultures.
